El domingo 14 de abril, un grupo de estudiantes de 11mo y 12mo grado tuvimos el privilegio de participar en un voluntariado con la fundación JUPA. Brindamos un agasajo a 175 mujeres, trabajadoras del Ministerio de Vivienda y Ordenamiento Territorial, para agradecer su ardua labor, conmemorando de esta forma el día de las buenas acciones.
Durante la jornada, nos organizamos para realizar múltiples tareas. Algunos hacíamos bolsitas con productos como shampoo, acondicionador, ropa y una faja. Otros se dedicaban a doblar cientos de camisas, organizar mesas y poner manteles. Al llegar las señoras, las recibíamos con agua, galletas y un suéter que conmemorativo al día de las buenas acciones.
Fue una experiencia acogedora e inolvidable, la calidez las personas nos animó a quedarnos más tiempo. Agradecemos la oportunidad, y sin duda, una experiencia que volveríamos a repetir.
